It is totally up to you. You can work as much as you want. Some Freelancers work on 100 Spears full time and some keep their 9-5 job while using 100Spears to make extra money working nights or weekends.
Unlimited. You can work as much as you want if your Clients understand your work schedule and
availability. Some Freelancers work multiple part time jobs on 100 Spears, others only work one 40 hour/week job and still others work full time during the week and do side projects on nights and weekends as well.
It is free to join 100 Spears. There is no subscription required or fees to list your services. You keep 80% of each transaction. It is important to keep the transaction fee in mind when pricing your services.
With Gig Packages, you set your pricing anywhere from $5 – $995 and offer three versions of your service at three different prices.
You are paid either on completion of the project, weekly or once mutually agreed milestones are achieved. Payments are something you will arrange with your Client. Once the engagement is agreed
upon, your Client will refund your payments and those payments will be held in Escrow at 100 Spears. Once you and your Client have stated a milestone has been achieved the funds will be transferred to your account. No need to chase clients for payments and wait 60 or 90 days for a check.

Include all relevant industry software systems you know, relevant work experience, states of domain expertise, relevant licensing, keywords, etc. This is your chance to advertise your skills to your Clients as to why they hire you. Think of your profile as a three- dimensional interactive resume where you can interact with Hiring managers at Clients instead of attaching your resume to some job posting.
