100 Spears is a community of companies and professionals based in the Settlement Industry. This community pairs Banks, Mortgage Companies, Real Estate Offices, Title Insurance Companies, Law offices and other Settlement related companies with qualified experienced professionals. Our community consists of weekly working freelancers include moonlighters, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, semi-retired experienced professionals, and many others who are seeking to establish value added relationships and fulfilling work arrangements.
Our Mission
100 Spears’ mission is to empower employees who want to bet on themselves to find meaningful work in their profession free from today’s geographic restrictions requiring employees to work “on-site”. 100 Spears will do this by offering an interactive platform to facilitate communications with Employers who seek and value Freelancers who share this same belief in order to forge value added employment relationships on a short term, long term, project or on-call basis.
Our Why
100 Spears was built on the belief that the current path to finding work and hiring employment is fundamentally broken. Founded by creators of the first Settlement Industry Job Board who saw the growing disconnect between Job Seekers and Hiring Managers given current available technology. 100 Spears was created to facilitate a better connection for the Settlement Industry employers and new Freelancers located across the United States looking to find a home where their expertise is valued.
